To provide suitable CVs to the head of department for selection process
Arrange interviews of the candidates and to ensure proper documentation of the same
Responsible for issuing offer letters, appointment letters etc to the employees
Conduct the back-ground check of new joiners
Collect proper KYC documentation of new joiners
To plan and arrange for various employee rewards and recognition programs
Facilitate the performance appraisal process of the organization in a time bound manner
Maintain proper work culture amongst the employees as per the Organizations standards
To ensure proper statutory compliance's under various labor laws.
Recommend the leave approval of employees
Responsible for payroll and other allied HR activities
Candidate from hospitality, Retail & Facility industries are preferred
Required Candidate profileCandidate must have more than 05 years of experience in HR.
Candidate preferred from Hotel, Hospitality, Retail & Facility industry.
Excellent English Communication & Pleasing Personality is mandatory.
Candidate should be well versed with Statutory Compliance's.

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
