Using IS tool set interrogate assigned Customer inventories to identify new business opportunities such as unattached inventory, End of Support equipment, product upgrades etc.
Develop an understanding of the implications of EoL equipment, migration paths and the principals of quoting replacements / upgrades
Ensure assigned Customer inventory is cleansed as necessary, kept upto date and relevant.
Understand Customer commercial terms (discounts, non-standard margins approved, C/R % approvals, etc.) for assigned Customers.
Follow up quotes directly with owner to track progress and support with re-quote actions as required
Convert quotes to orders using IS Link tool to complete the QUOTO GOLD Clarify process.
Track billing/invoicing with the billing team and sales operations to assure revenue recognition and alignment to customer order / MSA
Will Also be responsible for data load activity and workig on FLIP and IS Quote.
Required Candidate profile
Should be expert in Advance Excel.
Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
Experience supporting and selling communications solutions and value add services an advantage
Experience with partner tools is a plus, especially with Cisco tools : CCW, CCW-R
Experience with IS Tools a plus including QUOTO, GOLD, Pricing Tools, IS CORE, FLIP, IS- QUOTE, IS LINK, IS INVENTORY Clarify
IS Delivery : during delivery phase of maintenance service turn up
