Job Description

Experience in Office management- Arranging Telephone and network connection, Office maintenance, Couriers distribution- Dispatch, Notice board. Admin - HR, Handling front office activities, Book hotel & Air ticket & travel cars, Expense checking, credit card reconciliations etc. Assisting sales department for all documents(Contract, shipping document, over-due checking etc.)
Daily manpower report, Joining formalities as per company guidelines i.e. Documentation , Medical examination, Safety Training. , Attendance, Uniform, Overtime, Exit formalities.

Required Candidate profile

Any Graduate, Excellent Communication skills with pleasing personality. Candidate should be ready to work for 1 year renewable contract. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 17.30 p.m.
