Job Description

Responsible for creating recipes, cooking samples for testing, improving current products and giving their input to taste, texture. Research chefs might help to develop recipes for bread, cookies, and other baked goods.Taking detailed notes during the food product creation process.Using the opinions of taste-testers to adjust recipes for a new taste group.

Required Candidate profile

BHM Graduate, Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality. Should have experience in Research & Development ( Bakery & Pastry ) as a CDP / Sous Chef.
Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.
Job Location :- Govandi

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
