Prospect clients who could fit into the profile of a member, and initiate and close the sale.
Build a solid strategy for lead generation that meets sales goals.
Ensure the sales pipeline remains full with leads & prospects.
Take ownership of management of the sales functions.
Working with stringent targets, the incumbent will be required to adopt a professional and
knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
Ensure that sales targets are met month on month.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings,
prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Maintain the client database using an effective CRM suite.
Develop and grow key member relationships.
Preparing daily,weekly and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.
Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations.
Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto.
Patience and the ability to tactfully handle any negotiations.
Required Candidate profileExperience and qualification :
5 - 10 years of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
Must have experience of working in a corporate/ business focused
Proven track record of increasing revenue.
Experience in working with senior management to align sales
Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
Good understanding of dealing with HNI's and UHNI's.
University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines.
