Job Description

Greet and welcome the guests.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and/or keep  messages.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to concern staff.
Prepare outgoing parcels, etc.
Monitor office supplies, stationary and place orders when necessary.
Keep updated records and files, as required.
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, hotel bookings, schedules, etc.) 
Take up some admin related responsibilities in absence of Admin executive.
Receiving the samples, registration, submit in lab and maintain the records of receipt & submission. Issuance of reports.
Managing the office boys schedules and good housekeeping.

Required Candidate profile

 Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant     position
 Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, phone, EPBX,   etc.)
 Knowledge of office requirements and basic bookkeeping
 Proficient in English and Hindi (oral and written)
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
 Strong communication and people skills
 Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
 Customer service orientation
 Minimum Graduate; any additional related qualifications will be a   plus.

Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 PA.
