Responsible for smooth functioning in the central kitchen Managing Records Of Entire Kitchen Department Ensure staff handling, grooming-hygiene-punctuality, grievance handling and conflict management To ensure highest level of Food Quality

Required Candidate profile

Must have minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as Kitchen Supervisor/ Kitchen in charge Extensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and employee management Candidates preferred from F&B Background - Hotels/Fast food Chain,etc

Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
