Required Candidate profileExperienced in Sales at any Branded Hotel Property.
Should have a strong F&B background
Good Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Be self motivated, responsible and target driven.
Should have more than 3 year of hotel marketing & sales experience
Strong communication and coordination skills, good Team quality
Develop individual sales activity plans according to the market development plan of this group;
Develop new customers and stabilize old customers to achieve sales targets;
Report market information to senior sales managers, including market conditions in the region, competitors, customer opinions, etc.
Keep an eye on customer changes, analyze the reasons and make suggestions and opinions to senior sales managers;
Actively participate in large-scale promotional activities organized by the department;
Familiar with the classification of customers and the characteristics of each customer's needs and major competitors;
Complete the assignments assigned by the senior sales manager on time;
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
