Job Description
As a Customer Happiness Representative at Sweet Shop, you will assist our customers via whatsapp / phone / email to track and place their orders, answer any questions they may have and escalate issues to the management. As part of our growing team, you are extra-excited to delight every customer and care deeply about building positive relationships by displaying a friendly, conversational yet professional and trustworthy attitude. You will also regularly communicate customer feedback to internal teams so we can improve our products and services.
This role is located in Byculla and reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Live by our Customer-First approach and resolve all queries via Phone / WhatsApp / Email in a timely and positive manner
- Handle guest issues in a calm and professional manner and escalate to the Operations Team if necessary
- Collect customer feedback on their orders and share it with the team on a daily basis
- Maintain Incident reports and have a sense of urgency to recover issues at the soonest
- Coordinate with Operations & Logistics on deliveries and guest recoveries and assist with other administrative related duties as and when required
- Suggest feedback to internal teams to improve overall customer experience
- Understand our products and stay updated on new products and specials
- Assist incoming Gifting queries and hand them over to the Sales team
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service role
- Diploma preferred in any field
- Excited about delivering the best customer experience for all our customers
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
