Roles and Responsibilities

F&B MIS:

Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly.

• Appraising and developing:

a) Supply Chain.

b) Commercials F&B Vendors.

c) Recoverable (All Vendors).

• Showbizz / SAP developments for Automation of Reports.
• Monthly Analysis of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
• Planning and Tracking of Incentive Scheme.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Any Specialization in F&B or hospitality related field

13plus years of sales leadership experience in FMCG, retail or restaurant operations function
