- Managing Complete IT Recruitment Life-Cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Works closely with Delivery and Sales managers in driving all phases of the resourcing process to fill jobs in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Handling IT recruitment, sourcing, background verification, Vendor Management, and joining formalities of candidates.
- Taking all the required approvals from Stakeholders/Management.
- Arranging the technical discussion between the candidates and the concerned client team or SBU to have better clarity on the requirement.
- Maintaining & providing trainer allocation reports.
- Creating a database of trainers for future requirements.
- Follow up and handle change request management.
- Has to handle IT roles and Good Understanding of Technologies
