Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of good practices in HR management, particularly with respect to Recruitment and resourcing.
  • Compensation and reward; Learning and talent management; Employee Relations; Organizational planning, and change.
  • Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business, and execution excellence.
  • To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration.
  • To coordinate all matters of employee grievances.
  • To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved.
  • Encourages employees and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary
  • Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs.
  • Assists with and ensures that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer, and staff resignation is carried on within company policy and also within legal boundaries.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee activities.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
  • Assists in the administration of social and staff benefit programs.

Required Candidate profile:

Must be an MBA in HR/ or Equivalent Degree

Age not above 42 yrs

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in HR

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Leadership qualities

Result oriented and self-driven

Preferred candidates from Restaurants Group / Retail / Hospitality / QSR etc. Candidates only from Bangalore

Salary max 7 to 9 Lacs depending upon present salary and experience. Pl. note organization is not giving hike more than 20% to 25% hike . 6 days working
