1. Position - Manager Sales


Reporting - Regional Manager / General Manager - Sales


Qualification - MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Sales or Marketing.


Experience - 7plus years of experience in handling Sales management functions.


Candidates from the Entertainment / Television / Music / Media / Big Retail Chains / Hospitality / Airlines / would be preferred


FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Achieve total sales target on monthly basis.•
  • Handle own client accounts and establish healthy business relationship with the client by maintaining the• professional fine-line.
  • Visit clients on regular / periodic basis to ensure attainment to sales target• & growth by placing repeated daily sales orders or new sales orders.
  • Build client database• & reflect any type of data accurately: client needs, competitor practices, other trends, market research etc.
  • Meet client expectations with no overpromises, resolve clients complaints and providing solutions to ensure• client satisfaction and no complaints.
  • Maintain the current existing count of client / client universe, by ensuring no client account loss.•
  • Seek to approach new clients, and convert inquiries from potential clients to sales that will reflect on sales• growth and increase.
  • Achieve total collection target on monthly basis.•
  • Provide timely reliable Daily Sales Report to track daily activities and progress.•
  • Achieve collection target as per SOP credit system.•
  • To ensure weekly projections are accurately updated as required.•
  • Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares through proper distribution.•
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients; generating business from existing accounts and achieving• profitability and increased sales growth.

2. Position - Senior Manager - Sales


Reporting to Chief Sales Officer / Assistant Vice President - Sales


Qualification- MBA Sales Management / Marketing Management specializing in Sales from a premier Institute


Experience - 14plus years of experience in handling Sales management functions.


Candidates from the Entertainment / Television / Music / Media / Big Retail Chains / Hospitality / Airlines / Amusement Parks / Liquor / Tobacco and other FMCG would be preferred


FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Deliver Revenue in tune with targets at identified yields
  • Ensure full coverage of clients and agencies within the region.
  • Coordinating with planners and buyers of advertisers and agencies to ensure internal timelines.• Understanding client business needs and seasonality and accomplishing plan to fulfill targets• accordingly.
  • Providing and analyzing competitive intelligence.•
  • Make a proper presentation for the client based on the needs.• Providing solutions to clients towards maximizing revenue for the business.•
  • Ensure Timely collections.•
  • Good at concept sales and New Business Development.•
  • Finding prospective client• & generating business.
  • Analyzing marketing trends• & competitors strategy & providing valuable inputs for product enhancement.
  • Involves direct sales and client relationship management including making presentations.•
  • Pitching new clients various ALLOTED CATEGORY.•
  • Taking care of all the Corporate Clients• & Agencies based in Mumbai Taking care of all the Whole WEST which includes agencies and Clients Interact consistently with the Editorial Team and work on Content Integration for Client Proposals Mapping of Online Digital Media Agencies well as Corporates clients and bringing in solutions.
  • Handling Talent Solutions, Branding• & Marketing Solutions, Event Sales and Print Sales.
  • Business development from top corporate clients with a prime focus to contribute to the company• strategy and achievement of goals.
  • Understanding clients requirement, study the usage pattern and propose solutions Coordination• with campaign management team to deliver expert solutions to clients.
  • Revenue generation for Co. through On screen (FCT) and Off screen (Activations).•
