Roles and Responsibilities
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensues that the manpower- both On rolls & Contractual and is in line with the budgets and is as per the approved numbers.
Identify workforce requirements (including third party contractors) through liaison with Operations team and ensure that requirements are in sync with annual budget.
Work with Talent Acquisition partner to identify different available avenues for sourcing of right talent.
Review profiles, interview candidates and ensure roll out offers with Talent Acquisition and business leader to ensure adherence to budgets and to attract right talent in the organization.
Ensures that all new Joinees are inducted as per the process and documentation is done with relevant filling in the unit.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
People Management& Team Building
Ensures the on-boarded employees undergo 90& 180days review plan and take appropriate steps to evaluate his/her performance.
Ensure the performance management process including goal setting and final evaluation has been adhered to the decided timelines.
Facilitate discussions of low performers with their managers and ensure creation of performance improvement plan; track achievement and take appropriate action in case of no visible increase in performance level.
Initiates and drives the Employee Engagement activities at the Unit and Regional level in sync with the Corporate Office.
Statutory Compliances& Industrial Relations
Sound knowledge of State& Central Labour Laws including POSH. Ensures that inspections from government
departments are free from audit points and queries.
Liaison with local/ government bodies and Industrial Relations.
Employee Relations& Grievance handling.
Ensuring timely Disciplinary actions in accordance with Law.
Ensures that the unit is compliant with all statutory requirements and laid down SOPs of the company.
Preparation of various HR reports & MIS and adhering to the defined timelines for submission.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Human Resources
Experience 13 years plus of experience in all areas of human resources leadership and
administration with heavy emphasis on employee relations.
Must possess good communication skills both verbal & written & proficient in Computers
