Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment / Talent Management:
Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility. Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization.
Human Resources Analyst:
Manage the budget and other financial measures of the HR department. Enhances and develops implements and enforces HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall human resources operations and effectiveness of the organization. In particular, manages the human resource information systems database and provides necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the organization.
Payroll Management & MIS:
To supervise / updates payroll process / records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers, etc. Thoroughly knowledge of human resources budgeting & controls.
Performance Management System:
Evaluates the entire resource strength of the Organization for continual improvement of the efficiency / effectiveness and providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliances:
Continues improving the programs, monitoring Industrial relations situation, handling unions, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organization.
Interfacing with management & Heads of Department for implementing Human Resources Policies & Procedures in line with core organizational objectives. Steering policies & initiatives for identifying high potential, high performing talent within the organization, while providing accelerated developmental work assignments and training opportunities. Analyzing compensation policies, government regulations & prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.
Training & Development:
Develop training programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities, and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business of the company.

To assist and frame / Develop and Innovator progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentivize and rewards for effective performance.
Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy, enhancing the employee productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Human Resources , Currently working as a VP HR or Head HR
Minimum 18 years plus of hands on experience with policies framework, dealing with leadership people line, Talent acquisition, PMS, Governance, HR Budget , Having dealt with end to end HR lifecycle, Handled both HRBP & Corp. position as well.
Age - Upto 49 years
Notice Period - Can join within 15 days or 1 month
Staying only on Western line
