Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to analyze, develop in-house application by using XP best practices defined into the governance
  • Responsible to make estimation on development tasks with project development Team
  • Responsible to present developed user stories at sprint end
  • Responsible to follow agreed training plans in time.
  • Responsible to use governance tools and processes during development and testing.
  • Keep up to date on new technologies and improve knowledge on technologies used in projects.
  • Share technical knowledge with the team and actively help other developers whenever possible
  • Aligns with the Architects and other Tech Leads to ensure the vision is shared and adopted within his/her team to turn it into reality.
  • Participates in the Architecture community with Architects, Developers and QA Leads, UI/UX and other Tech Leads.
  • Mentor to the development team related to technologies used in the project and the best way that fits the project and its aligned with the competence center governance and architect guidelines.
  • Responsible to work closely with the architect to help to define the architecture for development that require it, and fully understand it to explain it clearly to the developers.
  • Be a leader with hands-on skills to ensure empathy with the team
  • Responsible to contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Expert skills programming skills on .NET Core 2.0 and higher and .NET Framework 4.0

and higher

  • Expert knowledge of C#, ASP MVC, Entity framework
  • Strong knowledge on CI/CD and automation of Pipelines
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio 2017 or higher
  • Strong knowledge using GIT versioning control.
  • Strong experience designing REST APIs.
  • Good knowledge using Azure cloud and Azure Devops.
  • Good knowledge of Angular 7+ or any other modern frontend framework
  • Good Knowledge of design patterns.
  • Experience in working in agile teams.
  • Experience in SQL Server 2014 onwards.
  • Dev Express XAF and XPO knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge in NoSQL databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Ionic framework is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in .NET development.
  • Academic background in Computer Science or engineering is a plus.
  • Requires prior Experience as Tech Lead, has to have worked on Design Processes
  • Should be well acquainted with UML Diagrams (Sequence Diagrams, Object Diagrams, Component Diagrams).
  • Will have to work with Architects and Product Owners to bring requirements into Design.
  • Should have experience in Windows Application Development (Win forms), ORM (Entity Framework or Dev express ORM), MVC, Java script, Unit Testing (Shims, MOQ, Fakes), Agile Software Development Practices, Azure Devops for source control versioning and branching, Web API (or WCF).

Performance Indicators

  • Successful sprint content delivery: Ensure sprint content defined during sprint planning is successfully done at the end of the sprint.
  • Correct application of development best practices: Ensure that the development was done by using all defined development best practices into the governance and experience.
  • Respect of IT governance process, events and artifacts: Ensure that SCRUM is well applied and used.
  • Development work quality: ensure good and meaningful code coverage and that testing done by testers do trigger minimum number of bugs.
  • Application quality: ensure that the tests done by the product owner trigger the minimal number of bugs.
  • Respect of architecture and coding guidelines: ensure that defined architecture and code guidelines are strictly followed
  • Ensure that an amount of time is dedicated to develop in-house application.
  • Capacity adjustment should reflect an impact on the time spent on support, analysis, and research. Capacity will be adjusted by 20% for Technical Team Leader duties, and 80% as developer.

Technical Skills

  • English knowledge both in writing and speaking (level B2 European standards)
